How Slurrex Works
Filter and reuse wash water on site in five simple steps.

Insert the filter bag
Place the filter bag into the wire basket. Fold the edge of the bag over the rim so it stays in place.

Add Boost and mix
For best results, add SLURREX BOOST to the slurry water and mix before filtering.

Pour
Set the wire basket on the bucket. Pour slurry water into the filter bag.

Filter & drain
Allow the slurry water to drain through the filter bag. Solid particles remain inside the filter bag.

Reuse or dispose responsibly
Reuse the filtered water where suitable. Dispose of the used filter bag and remaining waste according to local and site-specific waste regulations.

Shipping, Warranty & Policies
Shipping
Shipping: Online orders are accepted only from business customers and delivered only within Finland. Pre-orders ship when the first production batch is complete. For business enquiries from other countries, contact info@slurrex.com. International sales are assessed and agreed separately before an order is accepted.
Warranty
- Basket & bucket: 12-month warranty
- Filter bags: single-use consumables, not covered by warranty
Returns: Business purchases do not have a statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal. Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, returns are accepted only with prior written approval or when a product is defective or incorrect.

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Available shipping destinations and costs are shown at checkout. We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

• EU countries: 5–10 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days

Warranty
What the warranty covers
The Slurrex bucket and wire basket are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. Reusable components (bucket and wire basket) are covered against manufacturing defects.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
• Misuse, neglect, impact or exposure to chemicals
• Normal wear and tear
• Consumable items (filter bags)
Filter bags & defective items
Filter bags are consumables and are not covered by warranty. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Returns
