Delivery & Payment Terms
These Delivery and Payment Terms apply to business-to-business sales by SPH Trading Oy through the SLURREX online store. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the purchase is made for business or professional purposes.

Business Customers Only
The online store is intended exclusively for companies, sole traders, organisations and other professional customers acting for purposes related to their business.
Private consumer orders are not accepted.
SPH Trading Oy may request additional company information and may cancel and refund an order if the buyer’s business status or authority to place the order cannot be verified.
Prices and VAT
All primary prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. The corresponding price including Finnish VAT 25.5% is shown in smaller text in parentheses.
VAT and shipping are itemised in the checkout before payment. A VAT invoice is provided electronically.
The online store currently accepts deliveries only within Finland, and Finnish VAT 25.5% is added to online orders.
Any sale or delivery outside Finland requires a separate written agreement. The applicable VAT treatment is determined before the order is accepted and is not selected by the buyer in the online checkout.
Order and Contract
The buyer must provide complete and accurate company, billing and delivery information.
An order becomes binding when payment has been approved and SPH Trading Oy has sent an order confirmation.
SPH Trading Oy may reject an order because of an obvious pricing or product-information error, lack of stock, failed payment, compliance restrictions or an unverifiable business customer.
Any payment already received for a rejected order will be refunded.
Pre-orders
A product marked as a pre-order is not yet ready for immediate dispatch.
The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or in the order confirmation and may change because of production or supply delays.
A business customer may cancel a pre-order by written notice before dispatch.
If production or delivery becomes impossible, SPH Trading Oy may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Finnish online banks, payment cards and mobile payment methods enabled for the store.
Payment must be completed when the order is placed unless separate invoice terms have been agreed in writing.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorised payment institution.
Paytrail Oyj may be shown as the recipient on the buyer’s bank or card statement and forwards the payment to SPH Trading Oy.

Delivery
Online store delivery is available only within Finland.
Available carriers, delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
In-stock orders are normally processed after payment confirmation. Pre-order delivery follows the estimate stated for the production batch.
