Shipping and returns

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY AREA

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Online delivery is currently available only to verified business customers within Finland. Shipping options and costs are shown before payment.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time for an in-stock product is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. The estimated delivery time for a pre-order is shown on the product page or in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless SPH Trading Oy has expressly confirmed a fixed date in writing.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When an order is dispatched, the buyer receives a shipping confirmation. Tracking details are provided when supported by the selected carrier.

RECEIPT AND INSPECTION

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Missing items, visible transport damage or other visible defects must be reported in writing to info@slurrex.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. The notice must include the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant. Hidden defects must be reported promptly after discovery.

RETURNS

Business purchases do not have a statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal. Products may be returned only with prior written return authorisation from SPH Trading Oy, except where the product is defective or incorrect. A voluntarily approved return must be unused, complete, in resalable condition and in its original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping cost unless the return concerns a confirmed defect or delivery error attributable to SPH Trading Oy.

Pre-orders may be cancelled by written notice before dispatch. After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled or returned without prior written approval.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Before sending a return, email info@slurrex.com with the company name, order number, product, quantity and reason for the return. Wait for written return authorisation and packing instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused. Approved returns must be sent to: SPH Trading Oy / SLURREX, Mannerheimintie 136 TH1, 00270 Helsinki, Finland.

FILTER BAGS AND BOOST

Filter bags and SLURREX BOOST are consumable products. Opened, used, contaminated or otherwise non-resalable consumables are not accepted for voluntary return. This restriction does not apply to a product that was defective or incorrect when delivered.

WARRANTY

The SLURREX bucket and wire basket carry a 12-month commercial warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, impact damage, exposure to incompatible materials, incorrect storage, modifications or use contrary to the instructions. Filter bags and SLURREX BOOST are consumables and are not covered by the commercial warranty.

If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, SPH Trading Oy may repair or replace the affected product or refund the price of the affected product. Contact info@slurrex.com before returning any product.
